Legal Green Association (LGA) ("the Association") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and member portal, and how we use it.

• Membership details you give us: name, contact details, date of birth, institution, and the branch you belong to.
• Dues and payment records: the amounts you pay and the payment reference.
• Messages you send through our contact form and the documents you upload.

We do not see or store your card number or mobile money PIN. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

• To manage your membership and branch affiliation.
• To record dues, attendance and Association activities.
• To contact you about meetings, events, dues and announcements.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Association (such as our payment provider, email and SMS providers, and hosting provider), with branch officers where needed to run your branch, and where required by law.
